Responsibilities include:
- Meet production output requirements while continuously maintaining the highest standards of quality
- Plan material and staffing requirements with Production Planner, Purchasing and Facilities Manager, as required
- Establish and maintain parameters for MIG, Robotic and manual welding, including quality, safety, efficiency and output
- Program, troubleshoot and maintain Robotics
- Develop and maintain a team environment within your department and with all production supervisors and appropriate planning and purchasing personnel.
- Coordinate your responsibilities with other departments as appropriate, and lead continuous improvement efforts within your department while actively supporting all cost and continuous improvement initiatives
- Three to five years of relevant manufacturing experience, including supervision of a welding department, robotic programming and troubleshooting
This position reports to the Facilities Manager. Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) communication skills are preferred.
